The Absinthe Serpis Classic comes from Spain and has a blood-red colour. It has a mild anise flavour and a slight taste of wormwood. This Absinthe is of very high-quality, resulting from a very special method of production. It's not macerated, but distilled. The wormwood isn't added as an essence, the whole plant is added. Because of its blood-red colour Absinthe Serpis Classic is ideal for the preparation of cocktails.
