Versinthe La Blanche is the only spirit in the world that is vacuum distilled at a low temperature (48 degree Celsius). This technique, used in the production of essences and perfume, allows to sublime the delicate plant aromas. High temperatures would burn the subtle aromas. The Versinthe plant macerations (a unique blend of 20 plants) are distilled using this technique, giving "La Blanche" its incomparable heartiness and subtleness. Versinthe La Blanche is a crystal-clear Absinthe produced in the french Provence by the well-known "Liquoristerie de Provence. Versinthe La Blanche contains no sugar.
