The maceration of more than 20 herbs and plants gives Versinthe an elegant and refined taste. Put a piece of sugar on the absinthe spoon, place it over a glass and pour cold water on it. Or drink it with water (10 to 6) on crushed ice. It's one of the most inspiring apéritifs, together with its freshness and its bitter taste. Versinthe remembers the past times of the literary Cafés Procope and Florian in Paris.
