The "Grüne Fee" - green fairy - is the "little sister" of the Absinthe "Mata Hari" and comes also from the Viennese Schnapps Museum, produced in the unique tradition since 1881. The "Grüne Fee" is a combination of ancient original recipes. It has a full and slightly sweet flavour, resulting of the additon of violet roots and cinnamon. This Absinthe contains no anise, but a relatively high addition of wormwood.
