A parcel is secured. The receipt must be confirmed by the purchaser. For all other delivery methods such as: packet there is no evidence that the goods have arrived safely. And unfortunately there are dishonest spirits who claim their package would never arrived. The pricing policy of Stinko.de - teams can not compensate the loss of goods.
General information Shipping & Returns:
We ship orders within Germany with Deutsche Post (DHL). All listed shipping costs quoted are subject to fixed tax.
Information on the settlement with Deutsche Post (DHL):
Should you not be present upon arrival of your order, so you will be notified by mail deliverers (package map). Then you stay a maximum of 7 working days to collect your package on the specified post office. Each shipment is to a height of 500, - EUR insured against damage in transit. For transport damages or shortages, you should inform us at best within 24 hours after receiving package by phone or e-mail!
Note: Unfortunately, the postman forgets now and leave a notification if he has anyone encountered. If the package after you have received a shipping confirmation e-mail from us, do not arrive within 5 days when you, you should notify us immediately.
Terms of payment
Cash in Advance:
Cash payments are made by bank transfer. When ordering by cash in advance you will receive an automated confirmation via e-mail with our bank details and your order assigned order number. This order please enter with your first / last names as the reason of the transfer. The dispatch follows immediately after receipt of your payment. Please note that depending on the day and speed of each bank a payment may take 1 or 2 days.
Bank account:
You get our bank details in the order process and also by e-mail in the order confirmation by bank transfer statement.
Sofortüberweisung (by Unzer/Klarna):
When payment with Sofortuberweisung please have ready your online banking login information and TAN numbers. Orders by this payment can be shipped immediately.
This payment method has been discontinued by the operator Sofort GmbH since October 9, 2025. However, you now have the option of making a real-time transfer from your bank account to ours, if Your country supports also the EURO. This is currently the fastest payment method.
Cash on Delivery:
Cash payments are usually made in cash to the postman, who brings the parcel to You. If the goods in stock is available, the shipping usually takes 1 to 3 working days with Deutsche Post. We ask you to inform us via e-mail, if the goods are not received within five days with you and you have not been informed in advance by email that the delivery is delayed.
Credit card payments (by Unzer/Klarna):
Credit card payments can be made via Visacard and Mastercard.
Cash at Pickup in our bond:
A pickup of goods is only possible by appointment. Shipping costs do not apply here, of course.
