Absinthe Dr. Seltsam`s Absinthium Alpha

The Absinthe Dr. Seltsam`s Absinthium Alpha is the result of a collaboration between an artist from the Cologne scene and Absinthe enthusiast Peter Fuss. The artist named Daniel Werle, who appears as Dr. Strangelove with his Absinthe assortment at historical events, was probably known to only a few people before the Absinthiades 2018. But exactly at these Absinthiades 2018 - the unofficial Absinthe Olympics - this Absinthe Dr. Seltsam`s Absinthium Alpha won the "Grand OR", the big gold. This award is only due to the Absinthe that became the winner of all classes there and thus surpassed all other Absinthes.
Dr. Seltsam`s Absinthium Alpha is a very mild Absinthe without any outstanding features, which you could drink every day in a good and pleasant way. Maybe this is exactly what makes it so special. It is naturally coloured green exclusively with Absinthe typical colouring herbs.
If ice-cold water is added, it clouds clearly and densely. A mixing ratio of 1:3 with ice-cold water is recommended. The obligatory sugar cube is not obligatory here and is left to the individual.
