As we were experienced from the distiller himself, it was anything but not easy to distill the honey so that it does not flocculate, lose its taste, lose its sweetness or taste completely different from honey. Some other Absinthes simply contain undistilled honey or even a simple distillate of honey wine. No - this extraordinary honey absinthe takes absinthe taste to a whole new level. The flavours of the honey caress the wormwood flavours and the other absinthe herbs very gently and do not let the honey become too superficial, but without concealing this component. The result is a well-balanced taste, which is only slightly more honey-heavy. Speaking of wormwood, several varieties of wormwood are distilled here, among other things, also freshly, so as not to neglect the effect. The euphoric effect is also supported by an aphrodisiac effect, as numerous tests have shown so far. Some of the herbs found in it have been used for this purpose for centuries. A total of 1.2 kg of honey, 9 different herbs and other spices are used for one litre of this distillate, so that this highlight can be created in the absinthe sky. That is why the name Absinthe Quantenspringer - Absinthe au miel was chosen so aptly, as a quantum leap in the Absinthe world was achieved here. Prepare this drink in a mixing ratio of 1:4 with ice-cold water also without any cube sugar. You shouldn't light anything here.
