Francois Guy - an Absinthe from the town Pontarlier in France - the winner of the "Golden Spoon" at the annual "Absinthiades" in the years 2002, 2003 and 2004. A very exclusive absinthe. It is not sweetened and it is distilled with anise. Its natural coloring it receives solely by the use of anise and wormwood. It has a very well-balanced, decent bitter flavor.
