Absinthe Versinthe La Blanche is a crystal clear Absinthe from the French Provence. It has a very pleasant herbal taste and is not bitter despite the high thujone content. Its high thujone content is based on an old distillation process, which is in the Provence well protected for decades. In conjunction with water it very beautiful opalizes. This absinthe Versinthe La Blanche does not contain added sugar. Its mint flavor is very refreshing, very well coordinated with the wormwood and anise.

The Versinthe La Blanche received the 2nd place (Silver absinthe spoon) in Absinthiade in Pontarlier in 2004!
