The Absinthe Serpis Dry is the same as the normal Serpis Classic in the making. However, still ~ 30 mg/kg thujone, in addition to red color are added to Serpis Dry Absinthe. On Anise was waived at this absinthe, that also gourmets, who do not like anise, can enjoy this kind of ansifree absinthe. Thus, the Absinthe Serpis Dry is also ideal for cocktails and other mixed drinks. Serpis Dry Absinthe is a red absinthe, that is not opalescent.
